Hey ! The new site has many exciting areas for you to discover.
The clinic is thriving and due to the winter season we are seeing a lot of patients who are in need of some re-vitalisation!
Take a look at our events section to see my diary for 2008.
Moving forward into the spring, you may need to keep taking the echinacea and if a hayfever sufferer, hunt out your local honey and start eating that in the morning, to build up your pollen defences.
Be aware of the natural remedies right under your feet. I was recently filming in a Wiltshire forest and even in this season, found dandelion, hawthorn, mistletoe and nettles! Look out for my book, and documentary "unlocking the power of natural medicine", available later this year.

Store Cupboard
During the year we are exposed to many unpleasant virus and bugs .. prevention is of course the best method of dealing with these issues. However, if you are unlucky enough to feel unwell be sure to have these herbal and homeopthic remedies in your cupboard.
Now online: Spring!
